Public Administration networking
Iñaki Ortiz, Director of Innovation and eAdministration for the Basque Government talks about Public Administration networking. He explains that sometimes in the Administrations, if the worker is only involved with one part of the process, he or she could feel unidentified with that process. In this sense, he believes that networking is very important as it can radically change the Administrations’ way of working and at the same time improve the professional satisfaction of the people that work there,
Ortiz describes an initiative by the Basque Government related with networking. It is Legesarea, a network for the legal operators which is ideal for knowledge sharing between workers, in such a way that any question linked with this matter is enriched with the contributions provided by the network participants.
