Style and usage guide of the Government of Catalonia’s social networks

The Government of Catalonia has prepared the Handbook of writing and style of the Virtual Procedures Office (VPO) and the Style and usage guide of the Government of Catalonia’s social networks. The handbook explains to the responsibles of VPO the guidelines for the correct way of communicating whereas the guide is published with the intention of providing some common guidelines to enable the Government of Catalonia’s departments, services and brands to present themselves in a coherent, standardised manner. The guide, published in Catalan, Spanish and English is already an international reference guide. It is also a dynamic, open work, which is gradually adding criteria contributed by the experience of the people making up the gencat network, based on pioneering operation in terms of technical and functional attention through a pioneering community of practice model.
